• Requests for bed type and smoking preferences will be submitted to the hotel but are not guaranteed.
• Your credit card details are only necessary in the case you wish to make the payment online. If you decide not to provide the credit card details we will contact you later regarding the payment method.
• We will confirm your booking as soon as possible to your e-mail address.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are subject to a 0 € fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. The above only applies if cancellation occurs within 5 DAYS before your arrival.
